What is the main focus of the program?

The objective of the program is to prepare professionals for the insurance industry. The program would help build a strong foundation for managerial competence for the industry. The courses include a healthy mix of functional knowledge specific to the industry, product orientation, and generalist managerial skills.

How is the course delivered – in-person or online?

There are two distinct courses, one each for online and in-person. The in-person course is delivered in association with an academic partner, which is a prestigious B-school.  The curriculum would be similar in both the mediums.  Students who cannot commute to the location of the institute can attend the online mode.

What is the eligibility criteria for joining the program?

Graduates with a minimum of 2 year’s experience can enroll in this program. Prospective students should have demonstrated strong academic performance during their graduation. It is important to be clear about the desire to build a career within the insurance sector.  Any prior experience of working in the insurance sector strengthens the candidature further.

What sets the program apart from others?

This is a unique 1-year program focused on the insurance sector with no parallel.  The program is built on four core pillars i.e., In-depth understanding: Mastering the Dynamics of Insurance Management, Voices from the Field: Practitioners' Wisdom in Insurance Management, Practical Mastery: Building Employability, and Action Orientation: Initiative & Focus.
